Your first visit to the office is an opportunity to meet Dr. Coleman and the staff and discuss any concerns or preferences you may have regarding your dental health. We use this visit to get to know you by collecting your medical history data, performing a general dental examination, and discussing the possibilities to help enable you to choose a sensible treatment plan in keeping with your goals and desires for your dental health. If your situation is more complex, a follow-up consultation might be warranted.
When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office.
