Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

Insurance Billing
We are not a preferred provider for any insurance company, but we will bill your insurer of choice. As a service to you, we are glad to assist you in filling out your insurance claim form so that your benefits will be maximized. A claim will be sent to the insurance company so that they will reimburse you in a timely manner.

Why we are Not a Preferred Provider
We believe that preferred status limits patient and doctor choices. It allows the insurance company to make financial decisions based on your employer’s premium payments, not on your best health interest. You deserve the best we can offer, not what is dictated by your insurance company. The relationship with the insurance company is the patient’s, not the doctor’s. It is important for us to create relationship and trust with you, not with your insurance company. We are open to discussing this important issue anytime and value your input.
